upload image to change header image from option page

  Hello,
  is it possible to make an upload feature to change header image from option page of the theme ?
  if not what are the alternatives ?

  You mean you want to change your header picture? Just go to your dashboard, scroll down to the “Appearance” tab (left-hand side of page) and click “Custom Header”. There you can upload and crop your photo.

  You cannot do it by “code”. You have to use the custom header upload as Lindsayblum says.

  We cannot access the underlying theme files here at wordpress.COM.
