upload images to comments?

  I just looked at a recent WP Beginner’s column where they explain how users can upload images to comments which I would want my readers to feel free to do. Is that possible in WP.com? Do certain themes allow it?

  That is not possible in WP.com. Only the blog admin can do that here as far as I am aware.

  Let’s say I write a post about an image I include and ask if anyone has seen something similar and would like to share that image with my blog audience. Someone making a comment might want readers to know they are sharing a particular image and read what they have to say about it. How could they do that in WP.com?
