upload jetpack backup

    Hi
    I downloaded a Jetpack backup of my website last month just before I ended my business plan.
    I’m now on a basic plan and want to upload this backup of the website but can find no way or instructions how to do so.

    This is the file name, in case it helps. thanks!

    Hi there,

    Real time backups on WordPress.com are only available to sites on our Business Plan – this applies to both downloading and restoring backups.

    https://wordpress.com/support/restore/

    It is not possible to restore that backup to a site on the free plan, even if it’s the same site you got the backup from.
