After wait 10 minutes aprox I open the library and the image appears but the thumbnails is not available. In the upload page the maximum size permitted is 50MB. The same happen when I try to use on a post’s thumbnail. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Emilio,
I’m sorry to hear that. So the image is in your Media > Library page? Can you show me which one it is. The last image I see was uploaded was on April 4th.
As for the WooCommerce Plugin – can you elaborate on that? I’m not sure what you mean.
Thanks!

Hi gracejiyoung, thanks a lot for your replay and sorry for my english.
Actually this is not a picture of my library at wordpress.com, but to a business page I’m working with wordpress.
These are the settings I’m using:
WordPress 3.8.3 (Brazil Portuguese)
Maximize Theme 1.0.0
WooCommerce 2.0.20Investigating a bit more I believe the problem is with the woocommerce plugin during the resizing process of the images and the crop functions.
I’have uploaded the same image on another wordpress page with the same theme and had no problems (these without woocommerce plugin).I guess the crop images process happening just after upload the images when the screen is frozen with the message processing.
This is the frozen message: http://emilioparme.files.wordpress.com/2014/04/captura-de-tela-2014-04-20-c3a0s-13-11-52.png
So I also imagine that the library does not appear the thumbnail of the picture, and open the details of it, does not appear in your details the size photo.
Image without thumbnail: http://emilioparme.files.wordpress.com/2014/04/captura-de-tela-2014-04-20-c3a0s-13-13-10.png

Image WITHOU size detail: http://emilioparme.files.wordpress.com/2014/04/captura-de-tela-2014-04-20-c3a0s-13-16-11.pngI know the woocommerce plugin had a problem with blurry images whose correction was indicated by the development group.

But I haven’t found references to the problem I’m having.
I will continue researching. -
