upload limit problem

  I tried uploading my website to another domain through all in one migration plugin. It downloaded fine but uploading gave me an error.
  Unable to seek to offset of file. File: /home/canndiub/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage/nd1lwsnfbgsy/cannabisthrives.website-20200622-022244-907.wpress Offset: 17707468045311

  I changed the php file to the newest version but nothing changed
