Upload media

  I deleted a file and trying to replace with an updated file. Can add new media and the edit comes up on right hand side. Then upload. From there on nothing comes into the index to files on the site and clicking on the file title shows 404 file not found. I have had no trouble before in adding new media, but the steps that used to show up don’t do so any more. Help please … Ron
