Upload media to my blog without uploading to my blog Media Library.

  Is there any other options to put photos, videos, documents, or music without using my upload space which is 3GB left on my blog? By the way how can I create a photo album or a portfolio of my images without uploading my photos or videos to my blogs media library? Does inserting the media from URL to my blog without purchasing the space upgrade or purchasing VideoPress? Is there any way I can upload my music to another website and link the mp3 to my blog when I insert the media from URL? Does inserting videos from URL also work too when I link a mp4 video to my blog? My blog is 3GB of upload space remaining but how do I make a photo album, portfolios, slideshows, or gallery without using my upload space and uploading media to my blogs media library.

  Hi Brennan,

  If you use the Add from URL feature, then you are only embedding an image or other media (frequetly called “hotlinking”) from elsewhere online. That media does not count towards the 3 Gb total which you are allowed for your site.
