Upload menu Option under write post text area is not showing!!!

  Im using the latest wordpress upgrade 2.3.2 adn for some reason the Upload/browse menu Option under write post text area is not showing!!!i showed once , and i was able to post the picture an everithing worled well, till i wanted to make another post but the Upload/browse menu Option wasnt there anymore , any idea why?
