  How do I upload music to WordPress.com blog without purchasing the Space Upgrade?

  You can’t. Upload it to Fileden or Soundcloud or somewhere and then embed that file here.

  Thanks and I never know that. Are there any websites were I can upload unlimited music with no limits on file size and no limits on storage and length? What websites can upload unlimited music?

  There are lots of websites where you can upload music. All of them have limits on file size and storeage limits.
