  Hi, I was wondering if I could upload my own theme with the Premium offer? Is this possible to do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not possible with a Premium plan. Read:

  You require a Business plan to upload custom themes or third party themes.

  Otherwise you can use these themes https://wordpress.com/themes/

  You could be confusing wordpress.COM hosted sites and wordpress.ORG self hosted sites. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
