  Why can’t I upload my podcast to my WordPress account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you have the Space Upgrade? Without that, you can’t upload any audio files. If you have the space upgrade, you can only upload one of these file types:

  .mp3
  .m4a
  .ogg
  .wav

  You could always put it elsewhere online, like Soundcloud and then embed it into your post.
