  Can anyone help please? I can’t find how to add a new plugin and then upload it. very simple for many people I hope!

  Plugins are not allowed on blogs at wordpress.COM for security reasons. Plugins are for self-hosted blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG.

  Scribe? Not sure what that is.

  Plugins can only be used with .ORG blogs.
