upload new theme

    Hi,
    I am creating a photography portfolio (not going to sell anything from that site) and I bought a new theme I liked on a different website.
    I already have an account on wordpress so I was looking for themes which are compatible with wordpress.
    I bought that theme and wanted to upload it, however it says that I need to have a business plan? Even though I do not want to sell anything?
    I did not find suitable theme on wordpess thats why I was looking elsewhere. I found one, I paid for that, its compatible with wordpress and do I really need to have a business plan for that?
    Do I understand it right?

    Uploading a custom theme to a WordPress.com site requires an upgrade to the Business plan.
