upload old stblogs data

    I am trying to upload my old stblogs posts to a new blog on wordpress

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,
    You can use the Export and Import features (more information here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/)
    Basically, follow these steps:
    – Log into your old blog. Click My Sites
    – Hover over My Sites and click WP Admin
    – Click Tools > Export > Start Export
    – Select the content you want to export from your old blog to your new one. Click Download export file

    With your export file, follow these steps:
    – Go to your new blog (if it’s under a different account, you need to log into the respective account)
    – Hover over My Sites and click WP Admin
    – Click Tools > Import> WordPress
    – Choose the file you obtained from the exporting process and click Upload File and import.
