upload pdf

I’m trying to upload a pdf, but when I click on media from goolge and link my google account the options thats in the help instructions don’t show on mine.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Usually to upload a pdf it is easier to download it to your desktop and then upload it to your wordpress site.
You should be able to just drag the pdf over your media window and it should upload.
