  Any way to upload a PDF file from an iPad to a WordPress.com site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sure, just the same as any other media file: use the Upload Media button and away you go. From what I hear, Safari is having problems, so try using the WordPress app.

  That works for only images, not PDFs.
