  I want to have my profile photo but its not working

  Hi There,
  If you are looking to change or add a photo you can go to:
  https://wordpress.com/me and click on the top left corner where your old or profile picture should be. That will link you to Gravatar where you can login with your WordPress account.

  Once logged in you have the option to Upload New. If you get any errors while you are trying to do this you should post them here so that we can help further.
