Upload photos and getting messages with another name of sender

  Can’t upload photos in my blog. I have to try hard to get 1 photo upload. one times I can do via my iPhone, other times not. Also when I get a message from WordPress it comes with a name of a blog “Turismo em Roma” and not as a WordPress message.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble. Do you get a specific error message when the upload doesn’t work? If so, please copy and paste the message in your reply so I can take a look. :)

  Also when I get a message from WordPress it comes with a name of a blog “Turismo em Roma” and not as a WordPress message.

  This usually happens because that name is saved in your email’s contact list along with the WordPress.com email address. Can you please take a look at your email contacts to see if it’s saved there? You can delete that contact (or save it with a new name) to change that.

  This happens on my phone, in the computer it says “error uploading photo” I don’t have my computer with me now .

  Hi Eliane,

  Did you try to send an image along with your messages? They didn’t come through — I just sent you an email, so you can reply directly to that email and attach your image to that email to get it to me if you need. :)
