Upload pic

    I cannot upload a picture. I go into the section “Add media”, then i go to upload a file. I click and nothing happens. If i go on the other section where i can see all the pictures already uploaded… i dont see them clear but slightly veiled.
    Could you help me?

    Hi there Silvia,

    Could you please log into your account on a browser other than Internet Explorer (like Chrome, or Firefox), and then click this link:
    https://ilcavalibridotcom1.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php

    Let me know if you’re able to click Add New to upload your images in this manner.

    Also, I’d love to see what you’re viewing when you refer the “veiled” images.
    If possible, send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Just let me know when there’s something I should look at.
