  I want to make a student association blog. where I want to make every student profile with their picture.Can I allow my user to upload their picture on their profile?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you are talking about a page that lists people and a short profile and such with a picture – then not as such – you need to be a member of a blog with posting privileges to upload or Post.

  Your only option is to have them email you the picture or a link to the picture.
