upload pictures in media page errors

    I have errors/issues with uploading our pictures on WordPress, and I can’t add them to our site if I can’t upload the pictures.

    Pictures are in jpg format and were compressed as well. Please advise

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site thedesignersadvisory.com directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to your host Siteground for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.
