Upload Pluggin

  It won’t let me upload a plugin, when I press upload the box goes grey or doesn’t function. I have emailed multiple times please HELP.

  Hi there!

  Sorry to hear that you were having trouble installing a plugin on your site. I’ll help you with this. Can you tell me which plugin you are trying to install? I can try and install it for you.

  Can you also try clicking here and clicking the “Activate” button? It will prompt you about a subdomain change; please proceed with that and let me know if you’re able to install/upload the plugin on your site.

  If you see any error message, it would be great if you could take a screenshot and share it with us here.
