Upload post from word 2013 not possible

    Dea WordPress team,
    I am using wordpress and I like it.
    For a long time I have used Windows live writer to create posts. As it is not working with Windows 8.1 I am trying to use Word 2013. When I try to register my blog I am always getting the message that my blog cannot be registered.
    What could be the reason? Please kindly help me.

    Have you tried asking Microsoft?

    What are the steps you are taking to register your blog? What exact inputs are you using?
