Upload problem in mediatheke

  Hello community,
  my problem ist that when I try to upload some images in the mediatheke, I get NO error but the image seems to be broken. After the upload process wordpress show me a new line with an empty image field. The first time I installed wordpress, there was no problem with upluading images.
  Can someone help me, please?
