Further to my earlier request for help, I am providing you with some more details to aid any forthcoming assistance.
I am using a Mac. I am unable to upload photos from my work folder – even ones that have been uploaded before when using Firefox. I get an http error. Sometimes it says this file is not allowed even though they are all jpgs and 1700p in size and 72ppi resolution. My issue is with Firefox only – it works fine with Safari. I re-installed Firefox in case I had an out of date version. I then searched the WordPress forums to see if anyone else had experienced the same issue. I found some threads where it was suggested upgrading to the latest version of Flash and clearing Firefox’s cookies and cache. I ‘ve also tried switching my machine off and on again, signing in and out of my WordPress account but to no avail.I would be most grateful someone could take a look into this for me.
