  To upload your profile picture, you can follow the instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/gravatars/#upload-an-avatar

  To summarize:
  Go to https://wordpress.com/me → Click at the top left avatar to Upload Profile Photo → A pop-up will appear, click Sign in with WordPress.com (use your account login here) → Click Upload, then all should be good!
