Upload Size error!

  I have an error with upload size i use startlogic wordpress app and am premium in startlogic on the wordpress interface it says Maximum Upload Size 4 MB when it should be 500 MB

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you sure you are in the right Forum? WordPress.COM has a 1 GB upload limit they admit to but many have uploaded around 2 GB
