Upload Space by Blog or by User? Help!

  Would somebody be able to tell me how much space we have to upload content onto WordPress? And if the amount of space I have to upload content onto my blogs (pictures/videos/audio) etc is determined by the blog or by the user?

  e.g. is it 3GB of space per blog? or, if I had (say) 3 blogs would I have to divide that 3GBs between my 3 blogs?
