upload swf

  Hi,

  I have a website using the wordpress blog application. The site is to show my portfolio of animations etc but I cant find a way to upload flash files onto the the page esp as some files are as big as 10mb.

  I’ve tried hosting my videos on third party sites and embedding code using html but thats not so easy for swf. Is there anyway of doing it at all, using the ftp, linking to ftp, recommended plugins, anything… really stuck.

  WordPress.com does not have an option for uploading swf files.

  If you could convert the files to one of the accepted file types, then you could upload it here.

  Alternately, and this is just one option, if you switched to WordPress.org, you could setup something custom to allow you to upload and display swf files. Check with the WordPress.org community to find out what the options are. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
