Upload text file to server

  I would like to upload a text file, as Google requires, to disavow certain websites. I have been penalized by Google’s Penguin. Would it be possible?

  Hi there,

  You can upload a text file to your Media Library by going to your Dashboard and then Media Library >> Add new. You can then upload a variety of file types.
