  I’m not able to upload my theme. it says that there was an error, please resolve the issue and help me out.

  Users on Free, Personal and Premium plan can only use themes present here: https://wordpress.com/themes

  You will need to upgrade your site to a Business plan in order to upload custom themes. You can find the pricing here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
