  Hello

  I can’t upload my theme, Please check out and resolve my problem.

  Hey there,

  To install or upload a custom theme, you need to have a WordPress.com Business Plan.

  If you do have a Business Plan, you can simply upload your custom theme by going to My Site → Themes, then use the Upload Theme button
  Incase you want to activate a theme for your site, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to My Sites → Themes in any site’s dashboard or the Theme Showcase.
  2. Click on the three dots to the right of the theme’s name and then click on Activate
