  Hi, I’m on a free plan but downloaded a theme from ThemeForest. Can I upload my theme here without upgrading?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  To upload custom theme, you need to upgrade your plan to Business Plan.
  Custom themes can only be uploaded on WordPress.com on our Business Plan.
