  Why upload theme is not working this is an error for the when i was press the upload theme please help out of this situation

  With a free WordPress.com site you can activate any of the free or Premium themes found at https://wordpress.com/themes Other themes you see on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere that use the WordPress.org software. They can only be made to work here at WordPress.com if you upgrade to the Business plan.
