  why I can’t upload my Theme from my desktop?

  All available themes for free sites are found at https://wordpress.com/themes
  Any other “wordpress” themes found on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere that use the WordPress.org software. Those themes can however be used here by upgrading to a WordPress.com Business plan.
