  I’m getting an error when I try to upload my theme, zip file. ‘initiate_transfer_error’

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there!

  Sorry to hear that! Could you try decompressing the zip file on your computer to see if there’s another zip file within it that includes the actual theme file?

  Sometimes, the theme zip file you download contains more than the theme itself. So you need to extract the contents and upload the correct zip file.

  If you purchased the theme from Themeforest, you can follow our guide here for downloading Installable WordPress files only.
