upload theme

  i have one theme on my computer , but on dashboard , admin i cant find the upload button to upload it

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If it’s a third party theme get a refund. You can’t use any third party themes on a WordPress blog because they are for WordPress.ORG software installs only.

  The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

  You cannot upload any third party themes into a WordPress.COM hosted blog so be clear on that. There is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.

  WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can create themes, upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database, etc. If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.   That button exist only on WordPress.ORG software installs.
  It does not exist on WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
  More on this point follows:

  The tutorials found online are for WordPress.ORG installs so do not use them.

  There is nothing wrong with your site. By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it.
