  i want to upload my theme, but in my wordpress don’t have upload theme in menu appereance – > theme. anyone can help me?

  If you purchased a premium theme https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sort/premium/ from wordpress.COM that is licensed and adapted to run on this platform then see here https://en.support.wordpress.com/premium-themes/

  Otherwise, there is no FTP access to any wordpress.com sites. The only themes we can use on WordPress.com hosted blogs are licensed and adapted to run on our multiuser software the themes are found here http://wordpress.com/themes/ and in your dashboard at > Appearance > Themes

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:
  upload any third party themes,
  create child themes,
  create our own themes,
  edit templates,
  create own own layouts,
  or use stylesheets from other themes.
