  Hi myanmaritacademy,

  It looks like you would like to upload your own theme! Great! In order to do so you need upgrade to the WordPress.com Business Plan. You can find more information here:

  The Business Plan also includes many great features, like advanced customization, unlimited storage space, live chat, and of course the ability to upload your own theme!
