  how i upload theme

  Hi

  It seems that the blog you need help with has been deleted.

  However to upload a theme follow this step

  Login to your WordPress.com account and Go to My Sites, then click on Themes. You’ll find the button to upload the theme to the top right of the themes displayed.

  Uploading a custom theme to your site is a feature of WordPress.com business plan. You’ll need to be on this plan to have this option available.

  Browse and activate the one that suits your site.

  Just to clarify as well, you will need a business plan to upload a theme. Cheers :)
