  when i want to upload theme it written there ‘the errors above must be resolved before proceeding. Have questions? Please contact support.’ what should i do ?

  If you’re on the Free Plan you cannot upload your own theme. You need to upgrade to the Business Plan, https://en.support.wordpress.com/plan-features/
