  Hi, I’m simply trying to load a free WP Portfolio site created by Theme Horse. I’m currently using the free version of WP. Could that be a reason why I can not upload?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you need to upgrade to the Business plan to install themes really designed for the WordPress.org software here at WordPress.com.
