Upload theme and import old site not registered wordpress

  I have a domain and a host from another company. I bought an elegant theme and want to use WordPress? Where do I start and can I use the free subscription to upload my theme?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have two blogs from the sounds of it: one here at WordPress.com, http://floridasfirstassembly.wordpress.com/, and one hosted elsewhere, which is by definition not WordPress.com.

  You cannot upload themes to WordPress.com blogs.

  I see. Would I use wordpress in yahoo since they hold my website domain name and they are my host?
