Upload Theme and Plugins

  Trying to upload a theme I bought from Theme Forest . . can’t find where to do this under Appearences . . . also can’t see where to add a new plugin?

  We don’t allow plugins or theme uploads on WordPress.com for security reasons. This is a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  However, we do have some really cool widgets. Perhaps one of those might meet your needs? http://en.support.wordpress.com/topic/widgets-sidebars/
