  drop box is not coming in uploading theme

  Hello @ghaiuddeshya1998,

  You are perhaps not able to upload a theme in a case where you are trying to upload a third-party theme to your free WordPress.com site. Uploading third-party themes to your WordPress.com site requires a Business plan upgrade.
