  how can I upload a custom purchased theme I did it once now its not letting me do it if I did it once and paid for WordPress service why cant I do it now again andf that was only a month ago

  Hi there!

  You need plan Business to be able to upload a custom theme. I do not see any paid plans uncer your account so, if you have already paid, you’ve probably done it for another account.
