Upload theme / on iPower web

  Hi ,
  i just purchase a premium account on WordPress.
  My website host is on iPower web.

  I just purchased a wordpress theme on ENVATO (the “enfold” theme) –
  how do i upload it on WordPress?

  Hi there,

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.

  Since your site uses WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere, we aren’t able to access your site files or provide support for that site.

  Here is a great explanation about the difference between the two options for using WordPress software:

  You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress.org site here:

  http://wordpress.org/support/
  http://codex.wordpress.org/

  Additionally, unless you intend to use a site here at WordPress.com, you won’t need to have the WordPress.com Premium upgrade.

  If you would like for me to cancel that upgrade and issue a refund to you, just let me know and I can take care of that here.

  I was able to install the wordpress theme directly from ipower thanks!

  Could you please cancel the upgrade and issue a refund?

  I’ve processed the refund and removed the upgrade from the site. You should see the funds on your statement within one week.
