Upload theme packages to a wordpress blog

  Help i am trying to start a new blog so i am clueless when it comes to themes.
  I bought a wordpress theme from http://www.elegantthemes.com and i do not know how to upload it to my current blog edutainmentist.com please help me out

  Here at wordpress.com you are limited to the 200 or so themes offered here. You must have a hosted account elsewhere to us the version of wordpress software that uses the upload able themes.
