upload theme to blog hosted by wordpress

  I have a blog purchased and hosted by wordpress. Have seen a theme in the list from wordpress theme directory. Now how do I upload it to my blog site since it’s hosted by wordpress?

  wordpress maintains a list of all the themes related to their blog. you can find them here at themes.wordpress.net. although it can be tough to find the right one.
