upload themeforest WordPress theme

I just purchased a WordPress theme from themeforest. How do I load that to my current WordPress account?
Blog url: http://ceraphotography.wordpress.com/The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can’t. External themes cannot be applied to a WordPress.COM blog. They are for WordPress.ORG blogs only. See if you can get your money back.

I just purchased a domain, so my website is now http://ceraphotography.com. I was hoping that would solve the problem, but it didn’t…

We have no FTP access on wp.com blogs.
Please read about the differences between wp.COM and wp.ORG:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/domain mapping (with a domain name you buy) does not mean you have paid for anyone to host your site with a theme you purchased online:

As noted above you are limited to the about 190 themes you can see from your Dashboard – there are several of them that are designed with photographers in mind – look through them and try the preview and see what you think

Yes, I am quite sure. And no, they tend not to state that. It’s like buying a car: it’s not the legal requirement of the seller to make sure you can drive.
You have the option to cancel your domain upgrade, since it doesn’t do what you want, but I recommend you keep it. Yours is a professional blog, and people will expect you to have the dot com address. Besides, if you do move off WP.com, you’ll need a domain name anyway, and if you cancel this one now, there’s no guarantee you can get it again.
Each upgrade at WP.com applies only specifically to what it says. The Custom Design upgrade doesn’t let you upload themes. The domain upgrade doesn’t take you off WP.com hosting, and thus all the limitations are the same: you just have a classier URL.
